The WAVES team

The WAVES instrument was designed and built as a joint effort of the Paris-Meudon Observatory, the University of Minnesota, and the Goddard Space Flight Center. A very large team of scientists and engineers participated in the design and construction of the instrument. However, now that the mission is in the data analysis phase, the list of active WAVES team members is much shorter (but still quite large!). This list includes:

  • From Paris/Meudon Observatory, Meudon, France
    • Dr. Jean-Louis Bougeret (co-Principal Investigator)
    • Dr. Sang Hoang (co-Investigator)
    • Dr. Ludwik Celnikier (co-Investigator)
